Derick Vollrath
Derick Vollrath is originally from Tampa, Florida, and moved to the Triangle in 2007. Mr. Vollrath received his undergraduate degree from New York University and his law degree from Duke University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Vollrath served as a member of the Duke Law Journal. His note, Losing the Loss Calculation, 59 Duke. L.J. 1001 (2010), argues for reform of the sentencing regime governing white-collar criminal cases.
Mr. Vollrath is an associate in the Criminal Law section at Tharrington Smith. He is a member of the North Carolina State Bar.
