Prosecution Shares Draft of Coopers' Separation Agreement
RALEIGH -- A lawyer who had been helping Nancy Cooper draft a separation agreement in the months before her death had proposed that Brad Cooper pay $2,100 a month for child support, be responsible for all their educational costs through high school and include her as the beneficiary of his life insurance.
