Steve Mansbery

Steve Mansbery grew up in Cleveland, Ohio.  Mr. Mansbery earned his undergraduate degree in Finance, with Departmental Honors, from the University of Kentucky, where he graduated magna cum laude.  He played baseball at the school as a recruited walk-on.  After graduating from Kentucky, Mr. Mansbery attended Case Western Reserve University School of Law and received his law degree in 2006.  During much of his time at Case, Mr. Mansbery clerked at Wilsman and Schoonover, LLC, a law firm that handled financially complex family law matters in Cleveland.

Mr. Mansbery co-authors the "Case Law Updates" column in the North Carolina Bar Association's Family Forum, which is the official publication of the NCBA Family Law Section.  He was appointed to the Wake County Bar Association and Tenth Judicial District Bar Professionalism Committee in 2009 and again in 2010.  Mr. Mansbery has spoken and presented manuscripts at Continuing Legal Education programs on various family law topics.

Mr. Mansbery was admitted to the North Caorlina State Bar in 2006.  His practice is concentrated in family law.  He enjoys reading about and blogging family law topics, especially tax-related matters.
